DocsChannels & EmailEmail Activity

Email Activity

Owners and admins can check whether QueueDesk emails reached their recipients.

Check an email

1. Open Settings → Email → Activity.

2. Search for the recipient, or filter by status and message type.

3. Open the linked ticket when the email belongs to a request.

Activity covers the last 30 days.

Statuses

  • •Sent — the message was accepted for delivery.
  • •Delivered — the recipient's mail system accepted it.
  • •Delayed — delivery is taking longer and will be retried.
  • •Couldn't deliver — the address does not exist or is not accepting mail.
  • •Marked as spam — the recipient reported the message as unwanted.
  • •Couldn't send — QueueDesk could not submit the message.

Agents also see Couldn't deliver beside a ticket reply when its email

failed. Employees never see delivery diagnostics on the portal.

What to do

Check the spelling of the address first. If the address is correct, ask the

recipient to check their mailbox and spam settings. Contact QueueDesk support

when multiple valid addresses fail.
